This itinerary begins on the famous Chobe River in Kasane, Botswana, where you will spend 6 nights enjoying daily morning and afternoon sessions aboard custom CNP Safaris photography boats. Designed specifically for wildlife photographers and enthusiasts, these boat sessions offer unmatched, close-up angles of Chobe’s rich wildlife, including iconic elephant herds and diverse birdlife. Selected drinks and snacks are included during your time on the water.
Following your Chobe safari, you will cross into Zimbabwe for a 2-night stay at Victoria Falls. Based at the scenic Shongwe Lookout, you will have ample leisure time to explore one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World and participate in optional local activities.

Travel & Medical Insurance: Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all guests. The policy must cover medical emergencies, emergency evacuation, trip cancellation or curtailment, personal injury, and loss/damage to photographic equipment.
Medical & Health Precautions: Guests are responsible for consulting a health professional regarding required vaccinations and malaria prophylaxis prior to travel.
Operational & Itinerary Adjustments:
Itinerary Modifications: RAP Safaris / CNP Safaris reserves the right to adjust schedules, accommodations, or guides due to weather conditions, safety concerns, lodge availability, or operational necessities without refund.
Vehicle & Boat Substitutions: In the event of unforeseen mechanical issues with specialized photo-boats or vehicles, standard safari vessels or vehicles will be provided to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Rate Adjustments: Package rates are subject to change in the event of major currency fluctuations, tax updates, or statutory increases in park and conservation fees.

Payment Terms:
Standard Payment Schedule:
35% Deposit: Required upon registration to secure your booking (held provisionally for 14 days pending payment).
35% Second Payment: Due 180 days prior to the departure date.
30% Final Balance: Due 90 days prior to the departure date.
Short-Notice Bookings:
Bookings made within 180 days of departure require an upfront payment of 70%.
Bookings made within 90 days of departure require 100% full payment at the time of registration.
Payment Methods & Fees:
Online payments are processed through PayGate via major credit cards, instant EFT, or direct bank transfers.
PayGate transactions carry an additional 3% processing fee.
Cancellation Policy:
180 to 90 Days Before Departure: The 35% deposit plus an additional 30% of the total tour cost is non-refundable (35% of the package cost is refunded).
Less Than 90 Days Before Departure: 100% non-refundable (the entire package amount is forfeited).
Late Arrival or Early Departure: No partial or full refunds will be issued if guests join after the start date, depart early, or miss any scheduled activities.
