Overview

This two-week Tiger Safari takes you to India’s best-known national parks - Bandhavgarh, Kanha, Pench and Tadoba. It is ideal for a wildlife enthusiast, seeking to spot and photograph Tigers in the wild.

Commencing the trip with Bandhavgarh National Park, it is popular for containing the highest density of tigers in India. Bandhavgarh is the ideal destination for wildlife lovers to spot vast array of species, mammals and birds. Next, we will visit Kanha National Park, one of India’s top national parks to see and photograph the country’s royal ‘Big Cat’. Popularly known as the land of tiger, the park is one of the highest preserved and most beautiful wildlife reserves in Asia.

Followed by, Pench National Park. Located in the districts of Seoni and Chhindwara in Madhya Pradesh, it is one of the finest parks in India. Pench evokes a marvelous feeling of tranquility. Its rich wildlife offers visitors an opportunity to photograph one of the beautiful wildlife experiences in India. And lastly, we will visit Tadoba National Park. Other than an extraordinary population of tigers, the park also has animals such as bison, spotted deer, chinkara, barking deer, nilgai, wild boar, etc.

Day 1

  • Arrive at New-Delhi International Airport. Meet our representative on arrival and transfer to the hotel.
  • Check-in the hotel, freshen-up followed by the meals

Day 2

  • Check out from the hotel in New-Delhi and transfer to Airport terminals for a flight to Jabalpur. Breakfast will be served as per your flight timings.
  • Arrive Jabalpur, Take a 4-hour drive to Bandhavgarh National Park by Innova OR any other vehicle for a comfortable drive.
  • Meals will be served.
  • Upon reaching the National Park, Check-in and Freshen-up at Aranyak Resort or Bandhav Vilas.
  • Later we will have a brief meet and greet to discuss the details about the Safari and interact with the group about the upcoming Trip and Photography opportunities.
  • Dinner and lights out to gear up for the morning safari and games drive.

Day 3 and Day 4

  • For the following 2 days, the same schedule will be followed in pursuit of tiger photography opportunity.
  • Wake up early at 4:15 am with the morning wake-up call.
  • Tigers are most active during the early hours of dawn and late hours of dusk. We endeavour to utilize the first hour of the ride to the fullest. We begin the day by reaching the park gate as early as possible to be the first one to enter when the gates open. This will enable us to look for pugmarks and other fresh signs of any tiger movement better to track the big cats, providing us a favourable opportunity to view and photograph the tiger.
  • We go to get a packed breakfast at the center point.
  • After breakfast, we return to the resort and meet up for a photography session and other discussions.
  • Have lunch and prepare for an evening Safari. (Meet up at 02:30 pm for 03:00 pm Safari).
  • Return to the hotel in the evening. Freshen up and gather for a short interactive session to share your experience, photographs and discuss about wildlife photography, tricks and techniques with each other.
  • Dinner and lights off.

Day 5

  • Wake up early morning at 0500 am, Pack up and have breakfast.
  • Check-out and leave for Kanha National Park (5 hrs drive).
  • Check in at Bagh Forest Retreat. Designated rooms will be assigned to you.
  • Freshen-up and gather to discuss the upcoming safari schedule and photography opportunities.
  • Have lunch and prepare for an evening Safari. (Meet up at 02:30 pm for 03:00 pm Safari).
  • Return to the hotel in the evening. Freshen up and gather for a short interactive session to share your experience, photographs and discuss about wildlife photography, tricks and techniques with each other.
  • Dinner and lights off.

Day 6

  • Wake up early at 04:45 am with the morning wake-up call.
  • Head out for early morning safari at 05:30 am.

Day 8

  • Wake up early at 04:45 am with the morning wake-up call.
  • Head out for early morning safari at 05:30 am.

Day 10 and Day 11

  • Wake up early at 04:45 am with the morning wake-up call.
  • Head out for early morning safari at 05:30 am.

Day 12

  • Packed Breakfast for the park.
  • Back to Resort and meet up for a photography session and other Conversations.
  • After Lunch, we pack bags and depart for Nagpur Airport (2.5 hrs drive).
  • Take an Evening trip to New-Delhi.

Day 13

  • Get up early and check out at 1000am or advise after breakfast.
  • Move to the airport for the journey back home.

  • Please note departure to be advised as per your international flights and accommodation will be organised for your departure.
  • Any other expenses apart from the above will have to be borne by the participants
  • As all the Safaris in the Indian National Park are booked 6 months in advance before your departure,
    kindly pay in advance to secure your safari.

Bandhavgarh, The Tiger reserve has the Finest Hospitality available at - Aranyak Resort. The resort started operations in October 2014 and is already popular for its warmth and hospitality. From solo travellers to business groups, from amateur photographers to filming crews, all have been getting memorable stays at Aranyak Resort Bandhavgarh.

The Resort has 20 elegantly appointed cottages which are well equipped with all modern amenities. It has 02 Restaurants including The Van Bhojanam - The Conventional Dining Hall and The Machaan - The Roof top Restaurant (with the view of Bandhavgarh Fort Hillock). The Bagh Forest Retreat - Malajkhand , Balaghat , Madhya Pradesh.

The Bagh Resort is a forest retreat in the heart of Central India. It is located just 15 minutes away from the Mukki Gate of Kanha National Park - one of the largest tiger reserves in India. A small hut cast in mud, painted with earthy colours and lit up with lanterns, invites you into the expanse of The Bagh which is spread over 20 acres of land.

There are over 20,00 fruit and flowering trees spread across the resort’s campus that surround the 26 rooms, 16 Deluxe Cottages and 8 Junior Suites for guest accommodation. All the rooms have terraces that open towards the garden and the lake. Irai Safari Retreat - Chandrapur , Maharashtra.

The journey began almost 10 years back with a couple of cottages and a small kitchen and later grew into the dream of a boutique jungle resort compromising of eight luxury tents and nine spacious and luxurious rooms.You will get a feeling of an old-world jungle lodge as soon as you walk in and though the winding pathway from the reception to the dining area and then to the swimming pool. The interiors are thoughtfully done to reflect a classical taste of decorative arts from the furniture and lounging area to the paintings made by local artists.

Each cottage has two spacious rooms with large bathrooms and private sit outs to enjoy the sounds of the many birds that have made the Irai grounds their home. All tents are air conditioned, with comfortable bathrooms, television sets, and a mini fridge. And each has their own private sit – out area to enjoy the sunset over Irai lake.We also have a spacious conference room which otherwise serves as a library and play room above the dining area.There is a small gym and open dining area where our guests can enjoy barbeques, bonfires and an experience of dining in the open. Our swimming pool is located not far from the dining area.Besides the Safari’s into the Jungle, for spotting the big cat, there are several other activities one can do, like, boat safari, Nature walk, cycling, Birding, night safari, overnight stay in the forest and trips to nearby attractions like the butterfly park and Bhadravati pottery village.



Terms and Cancellation Policy:
  • 25% of the Package Cost is required to be paid at the time of Booking (non-refundable).
  • 75% of the total package cost will be refunded on cancellation before 90 days prior to Safari Date.
  • 50% of the total package cost will be refunded on cancellation before 60 days prior to Safari Date.
  • 25% of the total package cost will be refunded on cancellation before 45 days prior to Safari Date.
  • No Refund on cancellation within 45 days prior to Safari Date.
