Pench National Park is located in the districts of Seoni and Chhindwara in Madhya Pradesh, it is one of the finest parks in India. Pench evokes a marvelous feeling of tranquility. Its rich wildlife offers visitors an opportunity to indulge into and photograph one of the beautiful wildlife experiences in India.

Tadoba National Park is located in the Chandrapur district of Maharashtra state. Other than an extraordinary population of tigers, the park also has animals such as bison, spotted deer, chinkara, barking deer, nilgai, wild boar, etc. Experience and photograph wildlife like never before on this tour.

Day 1

  • Arrive at New-Delhi International Airport - Indira Gandhi International Airport. Meet our representative on arrival and transfer to the Luxury hotel (at Aero city- Delhi Airport)
  • Check-in the hotel, freshen-up followed by the meals

Day 2

  • Check-out from hotel and transfer to domestic Airport terminal for flight to Nagpur. Breakfast will be served as per flight timings.
  • Arrive in Nagpur and proceed towards Pench National Park. Enjoy a 2.5 hours drive in a vehicle.
  • Meet and Greet by Rakesh followed by check-in at Pench Village Machan Resort.
  • Post room allotment, freshen-up and meet for a brief session to discuss the Safaris, Photography and group interaction.
  • Proceed for lunch.
  • Meet at 2:30 pm. Safari commences at 3:00 pm.
  • Back to hotel in the evening. Freshen up and meet for a short photography sharing and interaction session.
  • Post Dinner, lights off.

Day 3

  • We carry snacks for our safaris.
  • After Morning safari, we return to the resort have breakfast and later we meet up for a photography session and other discussions.
  • Have lunch and prepare for an evening Safari. (Meet up at 02:30 pm for 03:00 pm Safari).
  • Return to the hotel in the evening. Freshen up and gather for a short interactive session to share your experience, photographs and discuss about wildlife photography, tricks and techniques with each other.
  • Dinner and lights off.

Day 4

  • Wake up call at 04:45 am.
  • Freshen up and meet at the reception at 5:30 am and have morning tea and then we proceed for morning Safari.
  • Tigers are most active during the early hours of dawn and late hours of dusk.
  • We endeavour to utilize the first hour of the ride to the fullest. We begin the day by reaching the park gate as early as possible to be the first one to enter when the gates open. This will enable us to look for pugmarks and other fresh signs of any tiger movement better to track the big cats, providing us a favourable opportunity to view and photograph the tiger.
  • We carry snacks for our safaris.
  • After Morning safari, we return to the resort and meet up for a photography session, review our photographs and other discussions.
  • Post lunch, we pack our bags and check out from the resort.
  • Transfer to Tadoba National Park (2.5 hours’ drive) by Innova.
  • Snacks and meals to be provided as per itinerary.
  • On arrival, check-in at Irai Safari Retreat.
  • Post room allotment, freshen-up and meet for a brief session to discuss the upcoming Safaris and Photography.
  • Freshen up and meet for a short Wildlife photography interaction session.
  • Dinner and Lights out as we gear up for an early morning safari and games drive.

Day 5 and Day 6

  • For the following 2 days, we will follow the same below mentioned schedule in pursuit of tiger, other bird species and animals photography opportunity.
  • Wake up early at 4:45 am Fresh up and meet at reception.
  • After early morning tea, we gear up for morning games drive at 5.30 am.
  • We will carry snacks during Safari.
  • Tigers are most active during the early hours of dawn and late hours of dusk. We endeavour to utilize the first hour of the ride to the fullest. We begin the day by reaching the park gate as early as possible to be the first one to enter when the gates open.   • Return to the hotel in the evening. Freshen up and gather for a short interactive session to share your experience, photographs and discuss about wildlife photography, tricks and techniques with each other.
  • Dinner and lights off.

Day 7

  • Wake up call at 4:45 am. Meet at the reception at 5:30 am to proceed for the early morning safari.
  • We carry snacks during safari.
  • Tigers are most active during the early hours of dawn and late hours of dusk. We endeavour to utilize the first hour of the ride to the fullest. We begin the day by reaching the park gate as early as possible to be the first one to enter when the gates open. This will enable us to look for pugmarks and other fresh signs of any tiger movement better to track the big cats, providing us a favourable opportunity to view and photograph the tiger.
  • Proceed back to the resort and engage in a short photography and interactive session.
  • Check-out and transfer to Nagpur domestic airport (2.5 hours drive.) Enjoy packed snacks on the way.
  • Fly to Delhi. Transfer to hotel and check-in.
  • Dinner and lights off.

Day 8

  • Wake up Early, do the final packing and check-out after breakfast.
  • Transfer to International Airport for journey back to home.
  • Tour ends with happy memories.

  • Please note departure to be advised as per your international flights and accommodation will be organised for your departure.
  • Any other expenses apart from the above will have to be borne by the participants
  • As all the Safaris in the Indian National Park are booked 6 months in advance before your departure,
    kindly pay in advance to secure your safari.

Village Machaan Resort - Seoni , Madhya Pradesh.

Irai Safari Retreat - Chandrapur , Maharashtra.

The journey began almost 10 years back with a couple of cottages and a small kitchen and later grew into the dream of a boutique jungle resort compromising of eight luxury tents and nine spacious and luxurious rooms.You will get a feeling of an old-world jungle lodge as soon as you walk in and though the winding pathway from the reception to the dining area and then to the swimming pool. The interiors are thoughtfully done to reflect a classical taste of decorative arts from the furniture and lounging area to the paintings made by local artists.

Each cottage has two spacious rooms with large bathrooms and private sit outs to enjoy the sounds of the many birds that have made the Irai grounds their home. All tents are air conditioned, with comfortable bathrooms, television sets, and a mini fridge. And each has their own private sit – out area to enjoy the sunset over Irai lake.We also have a spacious conference room which otherwise serves as a library and play room above the dining area.There is a small gym and open dining area where our guests can enjoy barbeques, bonfires and an experience of dining in the open. Our swimming pool is located not far from the dining area.Besides the Safari’s into the Jungle, for spotting the big cat, there are several other activities one can do, like, boat safari, Nature walk, cycling, Birding, night safari, overnight stay in the forest and trips to nearby attractions like the butterfly park and Bhadravati pottery village.

  • 25% of the Package Cost is required to be paid at the time of Booking (non-refundable).
  • 75% of the total package cost will be refunded on cancellation before 90 days prior to Safari Date.
  • 50% of the total package cost will be refunded on cancellation before 60 days prior to Safari Date.
  • 25% of the total package cost will be refunded on cancellation before 45 days prior to Safari Date.
  • No Refund on cancellation within 45 days prior to Safari Date.

  • Full amount to be paid 120 days prior to the workshop/safari starting date.
